What happens if I don't use all my time in a month?
For Flexible Service Blocks, your time is always protected. Unused hours roll over indefinitely until you need them.
For the Managed Hosting & Care Plan, the included one hour of support expires at the end of each month and does not roll over. It’s designed for small, timely tasks. For support time that you can bank, Service Blocks are the perfect companion.
What is the difference between "Proactive Care" and tasks that use my support hours?
Proactive Care is the essential, behind-the-scenes technical management I handle automatically. This includes managed updates, daily backups, security monitoring, and uptime checks.
Your support hours (either from the Care Plan or a Service Block) are used for any specific tasks you request, such as content updates, design tweaks, troubleshooting, or strategic consulting.
Can I have both a Care Plan and a Service Block?
Absolutely! This is a very popular combination. The Care Plan provides the stable, secure foundation, and a Service Block gives you a bank of hours (that never expire) for larger projects or future needs. Your included monthly hour from the Care Plan is always used first before any time is drawn from your purchased block.
How quickly will you respond to my requests?
I pride myself on my responsiveness. I aim to respond to all client requests within one business day, and often much sooner. I will always keep you informed of progress and of any delays.
What kind of tools do you use? Am I paying for software?
As an active client, you’re getting my expertise applied with a full suite of professional-grade, premium tools. I include access to my agency licenses for everything from performance optimization to advanced forms, saving you hundreds of dollars in subscription fees.
