How to use this portal
In this portal you will find links to any project progress updates, active todo lists, and other files for you to view or download. Also, there is a section on troubleshooting and getting support for your website. Finally, you can also view all your useful information like invoice receipts and various log in information.
For general support, my default working week is Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm Eastern. My schedule is flexible and can adapt to what works best for you if we are in different timezones.
For anything that's urgent (AKA if you find your website is down at any point), you can submit a ticket here or text me and I will get back to you outside of these hours.
